1. Membership Eligibility
Membership to Spades Social is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
Membership acceptance is subject to review and approval by the club management.
Individuals must adhere to all local laws and regulations regarding participation in poker activities.
2. Membership Fees
Members are required to pay an annual membership fee, the amount of which will be determined by the club management.
Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times.
Any form of cheating, collusion, or unethical behaviour will result in immediate expulsion from the club.
Disruptive behaviour, including but not limited to excessive profanity, aggression, or intoxication, will not be tolerated.sign up
4. Game-play Rules
All games will be played according to standard poker rules unless otherwise specified by the club management.
Decisions made by the club management regarding game-play, disputes, or rule interpretations are final.
Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules and formats of each game or tournament.
5. Responsible Gaming
Spades Social promotes responsible gaming practices and encourages members to play within their means.
Members who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek help through appropriate resources and support groups.
6. Security and Privacy
Members' personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and must not share them with others.
7. Liability Waiver: Whats happening
Spades Social, its management, and staff are not liable for any financial losses incurred by members during game-play.
Members participate in club activities at their own risk and assume responsibility for their actions and decisions.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Spades Social reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Members will be notified of any changes, and continued membership constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Termination of Membership
Membership may be terminated at any time by either the member or the club management.
Termination may result from violation of these terms and conditions, failure to pay membership fees, or other reasons deemed appropriate by the club management.
By becoming a member of Spades Social, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion from the club.
